  • How many CompChargers should I put in my business?

    Our chargers are sleek, durable and promote something valuable to your customer thru custom branding. Each business will vary with their needs. The average business purchases 3-6 charging stations for use thru the entire facility. And who doesn’t like a convenient free charge up?

  • If the charging cables break can I replace them?

    Yes. All of our charging stations have complete access to change a cable. In under a minute you have access to all 4 charging cables.

  • Do I have to supply my artwork?

    You can use the upload file option on check out to upload your logo or artwork. Additionally you can contact us after you have placed the order if you are having any issues. Also we definitely recommend to have a look at free no deposit slots from our partners.

  • What happens if a new cell phone comes out with a different charging cable?

    New cell phones, tablets and other devices are released all the time. Compcharge is always trying to stay ahead of the curve and constantly staying current with the latest cables and devices being available for you! And did I mention replacing a cable is a snap!

  • How long does it take to get our CompCharge once we order ?

    Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 buisness days after you place your order. However, if you require custom graphic design from the ground up it typically takes 3-4 days for a proof that you can finalize.

Warranty

One (1) Year Limited Warranty Policy

CompCharge has been vigerously tested in harsh envirnoments to provide continuous charging. In the rare instance that your CompCharge device is not functioning properly due to a possible manufacturer-defect issue, CompCharge offers standard (1) Year Limited Warranty for all products, to cover manufacturers defects for a period of (1) year after delivery date. Apple lighting cables and Micro-USB cables are not covered by our warrenty. Our (1) Year Limited Warranty is only valid when the defective item is accompanied by a proof of purchase from CompCharge or an Authorized CompCharge Dealer.

Warranty Terms

CompCharge does not cover product failure, any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse or failure to follow operating instructions, tampering, abuse, normal wear and tear, or use with improper or faulty equipment. It also does not cover incidental damage. CompCharge has sole discretion over deciding if a product will be repaired or replaced.

One (1) Year Limited Warranty Claims Process.

To place a claim, proof of purchase from CompCharge or an Authorized CompCharge dealer is required. Please email us at info@compcharge.com with your inquiry and exact problem. You must include your original Order# for your request to be proceesed. You will be contacted by a CompCharge representative for further assistance with your request.  After we have determined your item is still covered by our (1) Year limited Warranty, you may be required to send the item to us. Purchaser is required to ship the unit back to CompCharge at their expense. CompCharge will test the product and if the confirmed issue is the same as the problem that was first emailed to info@compcharge.com  the product will be repaird and sent back at our expense. If the item is not repairable, it will be replaced with the same item and shipped at our expense.
