Warranty Policy

2-Year Limited Warranty Coverage

CompCharge products are engineered and stress-tested for continuous operational performance in demanding commercial environments. In the event a system encounters an operational failure resulting from a factory defect, CompCharge provides a two (2) year limited warranty effective from the original date of delivery.

This warranty covers internal hardware, structural craftsmanship, and included charging cables (including Apple Lightning and USB-C connectors). Coverage is exclusive to equipment purchased directly from CompCharge or an accredited CompCharge distribution partner, and proof of purchase is strictly required.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

This coverage applies solely to manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.
  • Disregard of technical operating guidelines or connection to unstable/faulty power infrastructure.
  • Standard physical wear and tear or cosmetic degradation over time.
  • Incidental, secondary, or consequential damages.

CompCharge retains full discretionary authority to determine whether an eligible unit will undergo factory repair or total unit replacement.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim for a defective unit, follow the step-by-step procedure below:

  1. Submit Claim Details: Email sales@compcharge.com with a detailed description of the operational defect and your original CompCharge Order Number.

  2. Technical Assessment: A customer service representative will evaluate your request to verify warranty eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Return Transit: If factory inspection is necessary, the buyer is responsible for shipping the unit back to CompCharge at their expense.
